Maureen Webber
Maureen is lead programme director, and has been a scheme PD for over 10 years. She is a Practice Nurse at Old Palace Medical Practice, involved in an extended nurse role. Maureen has a background in teaching and learning. She has a particular interest in multidisciplinary education and has been involved in multidisciplinary learning on a number of levels within Norwich City PCT. Maureen relishes her post as course organiser as it gives her free reign to exercise the pastoral and reflective parts of her character and to use her psychology and educational backgrounds.
Steven Taylor
A GP since 2005 and previously an A&E staff doctor. He is a graduate of the Norwich VTS Scheme. He also examines for the UEA Medical School, and interviews for medical school admission. He is a partner in a large Norfolk rural practice.
Bob Dorling
Bob has been a GP for over 30 years — previously in the RAF as a Medical Officer and GP Trainer, with an interest in Aviation Medicine, Contraception, Minor Surgery and GP Obstetrics. More recently, Bob has been a GP in Swaffham and was on the West Norfolk PCT as Prescribing Adviser for 5 years. He has also been on the Management Team of the Swaffham Community Hospital for many years. Bob has been involved in modernising Swaffham Hospital and his main and branch surgery buildings. Bob hopes to share his experience of General Practice and help VTS doctors become effective General Practitioners.
